1. Data controller
The data controller is the fastandprivate project, available at fastandprivate.com.
Contact: [email protected]
2. What data we collect
fastandprivate does not collect or store any personal data of its own. All tools process information directly in your browser. The data you enter (JSON, URLs, text, images, etc.) is never sent to any server of ours and is not recorded in any of our systems.
The web server hosting the site may automatically log standard technical information (IP address, browser, page visited, date and time) as part of system logs. This information is not used to identify you or for our own commercial purposes.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process only the technical data needed to serve the site's pages (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR) and we show advertising through Google AdSense to keep the service free (consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR, managed by Google).
4. Cookies and advertising (Google AdSense)
This site uses Google AdSense to display ads. Google AdSense sets advertising cookies in your browser to personalize ads, limit their frequency and measure their performance.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, Google manages consent through Google Funding Choices (a TCF v2.2 certified platform). Consent is requested before any personalized advertising cookie is activated.
You can manage your advertising preferences at adssettings.google.com. More information in the Cookie policy and in Google's privacy policy .
5. International transfers
fastandprivate does not carry out international transfers of personal data of its own. Google, as the AdSense provider, may transfer data to its servers under its own adequacy safeguards (standard contractual clauses, EU-US framework). See Google's policy for details.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing. For data managed by Google (advertising cookies), exercise your rights directly at myaccount.google.com. For any other query, write to [email protected].
7. Complaints
If you believe the processing of your data does not comply with regulations, you may file a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Spain, that is the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. Relevant changes will be noted on this page with the update date.
